Sync-in version 2.6 is now available.

A much-requested feature, the draw.io diagram editor is now available in Sync-in. This integration completes the platform’s editing tools and brings us closer to a shared goal: providing a comprehensive, open collaborative environment that does not depend on proprietary solutions.

This release also introduces a new image viewer, unified search, and persistent user preferences.

Sync-in 2.5 - Favorites

Sync-in 2.5 introduces Favorites, streamlines file selection, and brings recent files and comments together in a unified Recents timeline. It also includes numerous security fixes.

Sync-in 2.4 - Euro-Office

Sync-in version 2.4 is now available.

It adds Euro-Office support as a new online document editor, improves file task management with a task queue, clearer tracking for long-running operations, and cancellation of some actions from the task panel. It also strengthens authentication and synchronization security, and brings several reliability improvements.

Sync-in 2.3 - Markdown

Sync-in version 2.3 is now available.

It introduces an integrated Markdown editor, improves file editing and search, adds an optional trash retention policy, and adds support for storage quotas through OIDC/LDAP. It also strengthens content indexing, uploads, and user visibility rules.

Sync-in 2.2 - OCR

Version 2.2 of Sync-in is now available.

It brings improvements to full-text search (PDF OCR, Markdown indexing), and introduces collaborative space management from the administration panel as well as a new event system, enabling dynamic updates of quotas and content indexing.

Sync-in 2.0 - OpenID Connect

Sync-in reaches a major milestone with the release of version 2.0, introducing OpenID Connect (OIDC) support, a key standard for federated authentication, widely adopted in modern and sovereign identity infrastructures.

This evolution is one of the most requested features by the community. It is currently the most upvoted item on our GitHub Discussions page, and we are very excited to deliver it with Sync-in 2.0.
